The three services reflect different depths of involvement: the Brand Positioning Review is intentionally brief and observational; the Planning Engagement is collaborative and produces a working document; the Advisory Retainer is ongoing and responsive.

The work covers audience articulation, channel mix considerations, calendar planning, and measurement approach. Conducted in partnership with the client's marketing lead, with weekly working sessions and a final written plan. Suitable for firms of ten to one hundred staff with an existing marketing function.

A six-month retainer for founders and marketing leaders who would find value in a consistent outside counterpart. The retainer includes two scheduled conversations per month, written correspondence as needed between sessions, and quiet support for campaign reviews, agency selection, or leadership moments such as brand repositioning. The tone is reflective and considered rather than prescriptive.
