Every engagement starts with listening rather than presenting. We don't arrive with a framework we apply uniformly — we begin with your situation and work from there.
The three services reflect different depths of involvement: the Brand Positioning Review is intentionally brief and observational; the Planning Engagement is collaborative and produces a working document; the Advisory Retainer is ongoing and responsive.
In all three cases, the output is written, clearly scoped, and yours to use as you see fit without further obligation to us.
A considered outside reading of how you present
A short engagement for Thai brands that would like a considered outside reading of their current positioning — how they present, who they speak to, and how that aligns with what they actually offer. The review includes conversations with leadership, a light audit of current marketing materials and digital presence, and a short written note with observations and questions for internal discussion.

A structured plan aligned with what your business can actually do
A six-to-eight-week engagement that produces a marketing plan aligned with the client's business objectives and operating capacity. The work covers audience articulation, channel mix considerations, calendar planning, and measurement approach. Conducted in partnership with the client's marketing lead, with weekly working sessions and a final written plan. Suitable for firms of ten to one hundred staff with an existing marketing function.
A consistent outside counterpart over six months
A six-month retainer for founders and marketing leaders who would find value in a consistent outside counterpart. The retainer includes two scheduled conversations per month, written correspondence as needed between sessions, and quiet support for campaign reviews, agency selection, or leadership moments such as brand repositioning. The tone is reflective and considered rather than prescriptive.

Scoped in Writing
Before any engagement begins, scope, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed in a written document signed by both parties.
Confidentiality
Client information, materials, and discussions are treated as confidential. We do not reference one client's situation in conversations with others.
No Upselling
We don't engineer one engagement to make another seem necessary. Each service stands on its own and is complete as described.
Fixed Fees
All prices are published and fixed. There are no hourly overruns, no hidden additions, and no renegotiation mid-engagement.
Timely Delivery
Deliverables are produced within the agreed timeframe. If something on our end causes a delay, we communicate early and adjust the timeline.
Bilingual Delivery
Sessions and written deliverables can be conducted or produced in Thai, English, or a combination — whichever suits your team.
